Per the “Terms and Conditions of Paper Acceptance” as stated on all Acceptance Letters, pre-registration is required for all presenters. Pre-registrations need to be completed and paid for within two weeks from the receipt of acceptance notifications by email. Please refer to your paper acceptance notification.

Payment Options. Please remit via either credit card or check payment of $249.00, if registered before 7/20/09, or $299.00 if registered after 7/20/09, by one of the following two methods:
